Recruit Solutions has been providing Recruitment and Human Resource solutions to their clients for over 10 years.  Quite simply, Recruitment is our business.

We hold membership of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) and are the only local private recruitment agency with recognised Q-Base Code Accreditation (attained through the National Association of Testing Authorities), affirming our commitment to professional integrity and quality service.

Throughout our many years of operation in the region we have built up an established client database and an extensive network of contacts.

Recruit Solutions' Director, Debbie Hill MRCSA, is an Accredited Recruitment Professional.  She liaises closely with clients, candidates and our other experienced Recruitment Consultants on all vacancies.

Debbie Hill MRCSA - Director.  Local to Gippsland, Debbie owns and manages Recruit Solutions.  With ten years legal experience, Debbie recognised a gap in the Latrobe Valley recruitment area, and therefore founded Recruit Solutions in 1995.  Debbie is the only Accredited Recruitment Specialist, running a private boutique recruitment agency in Gippsland.  Debbie continues to keep a 'hands on' approach with regard to recruitment and selection for key clients.

Mark Grist - Business Development Manager.  Mark joined the team in 2005 after several years working within the Disability Recruitment area, and is a qualified Trainer & Assessor.  Mark has extensive experience in sales and marketing in areas such as the banking sector and the motor industry.  He believes in building strong relationships with clients to ensure that exceptional service is provided at all times.

Michelle Vincent - Reception / Customer Care.  Michelle joined us in March this year.  Her role helps ensure the smooth flow of communication between candidates, clients and consultants.  Michelle completed her traineeship with a local airconditioning company and is now enjoying her new career with our small, friendly team.

Leanne Kamphuis - Recruitment Consultant.  Leanne's is extremely organised and is very much a 'people person'. Her enthusiasm and friendliness is well received by the candidates and clients alike.  Leanne's wide experience ranges from customer relationship management, insurance and salary packaging.  Her ability as a recruitment consultant is evidenced by her rapidly growing client base.

Christie Strike - eCommunications Manager, South Hobart.  Christie was with us for six years as our senior Recruitment Consultant, and in that time she developed a strong network of first rate candidates.  Christie has recruited for positions in Business Support, Finance & Banking, Customer Service and Call Centres, in both permanent and temporary capacities across a wide range of industries.  Since Christie's relocation to Hobart in 2006, she has been supporting us virtually with our e-marketing and communications, as well as maintaining our very impressive website.
